Rob, an Honorary Flying Pig, long time friend and an Air Force Pilot, rescued N9876T from Mother Nature’s Minden NV prison. After flying a short 2 hour reposition leg to his Airpark home in California, he reported that the airplane is very comfortable, the 80 gallon tanks, full complement screens and the digital autopilot will spoil him on the long cruise to Wichita. Pending weather Rob will begin the 6 hour flight Friday morning. Use this link and follow along on FlightAware then come celebrate the with us when the A36 finally pulls into the Flying Pigs Hangar.

Rob is back in California. After an uneventful flight to Wichita, Rob was flown back in a KC46 to Travis AFB. He rented a car and drove the rest of the way home. Thank you Rob for your support and contributions to the club.
The A36 is in the air and starting it’s journey home.
